About
Ralph Shale
Ralph has over 30+ years financial advisory experience with a strong emphasis on international business growth and innovation. He has held senior finance roles in both investor relations and treasury management for top 10 NZ listed companies, operating in the building products and food and beverage sectors. He has also been an advisor to central and local government agencies on a range of public/private economic developments including removing barriers to commercialisation, feasibility studies and regional initiatives.
The current focus is on working as a fractional CFO for growing private companies, and with early-stage technology businesses looking to commercialise globally. Ralph was an early advisor and CFO for the now NASDAQ listed RocketLabs USA, one of New Zealand’s most successful technology businesses. He has worked on opportunities around the world and will often use his extensive global network to support projects.
Ralph supports businesses with general strategy, valuations, merger and acquisition transactions, debt and equity raises, as well as strategic partnerships. He is comfortable working in a Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operating Officer role, as well as an external advisor. The key to any assignment or role is to tailor efforts to the business to ensure value is delivered.
